The Job:
We're looking for Product Managers at all levels to join forces with our world class engineering, usability, business development, design and marketing teams. You'll be tasked to develop and evangelize one or more large-scale, globally distributed Web 2.0 products.

You will manage the vision, strategy, and feature roadmap of these Projects. You will also undertake UX prototyping, interface copywriting and product communication for the projects assigned to you. You will be charged with competition review and analysis, prioritizing features that provide us a competitive advantage, furthering the revenue objectives of the company and delivering a kick-ass user experience. Additionally you will be tasked with product evangelism through various social media (forums, blogs, wikis, social networks etc) as well as managing the user feedback processes.

The Right Person:
You have over 2 years of experience as a Product Analyst / Product Manager or any similar profession, and at least 2 years of hands-on web application development experience. You have a penchant for business and the innate ability to dissect revenue models, prioritize features, and conceptualize business plans. You are an avid user of various Web 2.0 products and sites, and "get" the value that they add to individuals and businesses.

You have a keen sense of usability engineering and can translate any user story into an intuitive flow. You are comfortable with creating user interface prototypes and wireframes on paper, PowerPoint, Visio or prototyping tools such as Axure / Balsamiq. Your oral and written communication and articulation skills are immaculate and you can always come up with the perfect text for any given interface.

You are comfortable with coding and have decent knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript. You can roll up your sleeves and put together a quick and dirty interface in Ruby or PHP or any scripting language of your choice if needed. You understand the nuances of integrating user interfaces into code. You also keep in touch with technology advancements and understand the impact of new standards on product design (for eg RIA or HTML 5.0 etc).

You are adept at social media marketing, product evangelism and viral marketing. You are an avid reader of Web 2.0 blogs, UX blogs and other relevant material.

Your Skills:
You have experience with many of the tools and technologies listed below:

Axure, Balsamiq, paper prototyping, Javascript, HTML, CSS, Ajax, proficiency in at least one scripting language (PHP / Ruby / Python etc), Usability Engineering... etc.

Bonus Points:
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (XP, Scrum etc)
• Active blogger
• Contributor to open source projects
• XKCD fan
