Danny Elfman se ha convertido en uno de los más admirados compositores de los últimos años gracias a la frescura, originalidad, ironía y sorprendente uso de la música para la pantalla. Le gusta el uso de las grandes orquestas junto a voces corales, tanto de niños como de adultos. Ha sido nominado a los premios de la academia en tres ocasiones por El indomable Will Hunting (1997), MIB. Men in Black (1997) y "Big Fish" (2003), aunque de momento aún no ha ganado.

you all see it as a song of hatred i see it as new beggining and how there can be life in destruction, new beggining in disaster, love in troubled, hating times this song tells me there is no tommorow live for the day and dont be afraid to show it.
if it doesnt effect you, you are too young to have felt... 'hurt' or suddenly realised the world for what it really is.. 'cruel' and 'unforgiving' and full of 'selfishness' 'hate' 'unfaithfulness' 'anger' 'dread' and pain but that its also full of 'love'
