Power Move Friday! Let’s Get it Started

Good morning Ladies — it’s Friday and the beginning of a long weekend.  Our thought for today —Timeliness is next to Godliness from our sister girl devotion this morning. In twenty years of working in HR, I have heard my share of complaints from employees getting into work on time.  I’ve also heard every excuse for being late, from– the dog became ill to not knowing it was  “work day.”

Today we make a power move to: come to work on time, every day;  and when possible — a few minutes early.

Obey with enthusiasm, as though serving the Lord and not people. Ephesians 6:7 NET

If we looked at each work day through the lenses of which God was our ultimate manager, it would be easier to get up and in to our office on time.  Jesus teaches us in Matthew 22:21 “Give to Caesar’s and to God what is God’s.”  Give the source in which provides finances and challenges to our workplace with diligence and integrity.

Friday’s Power Move:

It is our responsibility is to show up on time and deliver to our work environment and teams who count on us.  Make it a priority to be on time — be consistent doing it!
