Sailing crew needed April 1 to 9 (sausalito)

Looking for experience and non-experince for bay and local ocean (possible one overnite). The boat is plain old Columbia Challenger 24. berth but no galley.
Sailing any time the wind is good but will adjust schedule to meet crew needs.
Possible evenings too.
