Our client (a startup high-tech company) with an exceptionally-promising business plan, is looking for a business consultant, a lobbyist, or a former marketing director who can lead the client to an early-seed VC or corporate funding. The client has a patent-pending technology (multiple patents already filed) that has a potential to generate huge profits in transaction-oriented services as percentage of transaction revenue, like PayPal or credit card companies, but for a different and compelling reason for use by consumers.

The client's business model is recesson-proof. A successful candidate for the Business Consultant is required to have a direct, person-to-person connection to a decision-making individual at venture capital firms or mid-to-large corporations which specifically invest in early funding for startups.

Candidates who do not have such connections to relevant decision-making individuals are probably wasting their time and are discouraged to reply.

Compensation for providing business connection to high-level executives will be result-oriented, and the compensation is based entirely on equity sharing of the startup company, without any outright cash compensation.

It is a great opportunity for a former executive/director who has a direct executive-level connection to relevant seed-funding entities for a potentially huge equity-based reward.
