My first shooting star years ago got me looking up.
After that I would go toss the garbage or just look up for minutes a day to see if I saw another.
One night I decided to go out the front door of my condo to smoke and look up see some stars.
I live next to an airport (Miami International Airport) and watch the planes as they went from west to east over my condo.
That night I was not expecting to see my first UFO at 45 -100 feet over me.
I was mainly looking to the SW to SE when approaching me from the east was a copper gunmetal textured looking Egg craft with no glow or lights I only managed to catch it
because of the parking lot lights in my condo as they reflected light from the bottom of
it.
I am 6′ 4″ and to me the craft was the diameter of a basketball if I held the ball over me.
I was looking SE when I turned east and it freaked me out.
I froze it was in a direct path from east to west but it slowed down for me and then sped up a bit over me and over my condo.
My condo has two floors but the 2nd floor has a apartment with two floors itself
I turned around ran in through the door and out the back sliding glass doors
When I went out the back it was gone.
After that I have seen one other sighting and called out a neighbor to witness it.
The ball of light was lighting up the bottom of the clouds it came from SW to NE.
It was silent and I would of never noticed if it didn’t turn my head.
After researching this topic for years, I ask people that laugh :

I maybe saw one of those orbs everyone talks about they see in the sky.
