DOWNTOWN BERKELEY IS TWO BART STOPS FROM HERE. Ten minute walk to UC Berkeley campus. Laundromat and dry cleaners are available a block and a half away, next to Safeway, CVS Drug store, Marshall’s, and other shops.
The rent is $600.00, offered 6-months minimum. $600.00 security deposit. I'm a very clean person and would like a quiet, clean roommate. Sorry no pets are allowed on the premises; Besides I'm very allergic to them anyway!!!
Some of my interests include: Music of course, Salsa dancing, cooking vegetarian dishes, board games like Scrabble, Backgammon, Bowling, Gardening, Camping, Fishing, Long walks, Computers, Learning new languages, Traveling, Watching home improvement, Cooking shows, and the Discovery channel to name a few.
